What TurnLink Sales Manager Does
The TurnLink Sales ManagerTM is a web based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solution for manufacturers and manufacturer representatives. TurnLink allows you to keep track of the myriad of data that encompasses the manufacturer/store/distributor supply chain relationship.
TurnLink combines CRM, Sales Management, and Order Processing for both inside and outside sales representatives, manufacturers and distributors. In addition to the many features common in other CRM applications, TurnLink has many unique abilities designed specifically for companies that produce or represent consumer product goods (CPG). TurnLink will allow your company to easily coordinate prospecting, sample ordering, direct ordering, and distributor turnover processing. Customer (Store) Overview
The 'Company Overview' gives you a 360 view into a customer or prospect's account. The TurnLink Sales Manager lets you track and view history based on events related to:
- The contacts for a store, including the buyers name for various departments and alternative shipping addresses.
- The distribution channel, distributor account numbers and distributor item codes and pricing.
- The class of trade, rank, or other custom field...what we term 'TurnTags'.
- Both the Inside and Outside (broker) representatives assigned to the account.
- The relationship to a regional headquarter to give transparency on contact information, product approval in a region, and more from inside any account that is part of the chain.
- The Products Carried (shelf audit) information.
- Notes to summarize things like outgoing call, emails, demos, appointments, trade show interactions and more.
- Ordering from both Direct and third party distribution channels.

Order Processing
The TurnLink Sales Manager includes a powerful order form capable of handling your direct orders, including those for samples or multiple warehouses, as well as the complexity of third party distributor Turnover orders. The TurnLink order form is dynamically built for each store and allows you to have multiple orders for several stores open at the same time. TurnLink remembers what each company has ordered in the past, making the order form pre-loaded for what the company usually orders, while giving a quick, easy view of voids to address and upsell during sales calls. Direct orders synchronize to your accounting program (e.g. QuickBooks, NetSuite) so you your sales team does not require access to your accounting application, while eliminating the need for someone to double enter the orders into another system.

3RD PARTY REPORT INTEGRATIONS
TurnLink has the ability to consume large amount of retailer and distributor sales reports so that you can know your customers, review totals to individual accounts, and keep your store finder accurate as to who is actually carrying your products. Our amazing support personell will prepare your files as they become available by adding phone numbers and standardizing all of the name and address information of all accounts. We will then add the new records to your TurnLink database and when the report provides sales information, update the products carried by those accounts and add order data. This way you can compile ALL of your distributors' sales information into one place and pull your own sales and audit reports all with a few clicks! Use this data to help steer your brokers and reps towards filling more voids and adding your products in more doors throughout the world.

Inside and Outside Sales
The TurnLink Sales Manager allows you to track the reps, both Inside and Outside, who belong to an account. Outside sales organizations (e.g. brokers) have a record in TurnLink as well, where you can track each rep, your communications with them, place sample product orders for them and much more. TurnLink enables you, if you wish, to allow outside sales companies to access your TurnLink account while limiting what they can see. Only the accounts that are assigned to the outside sales rep are accessible to them.

QuickBooks Exports
The majority of our customers use some sort of accounting software. QuickBooks is the leading package amongst small to midsize manufacturers. TurnLink has free integration with Intuit's QuickBooks Desktop software, allowing reps to place orders through our web site from their laptops or mobile devices while on the road. Those orders are then securely funneled in real-time to your company's QuickBooks file located on a desktop computer at your office, or in a third party hosted solution (e.g. Uni-Data). Additional information from QuickBooks, such as on-hand inventory, customer balances and customer credit limits are displayed inside the TurnLink order form giving reps access to important data, such as past due balance, before making a sale.

Product Promotion Reports
Tracking and reporting on promotions is a complicated task that the TurnLink Sales Manager makes simple work of. TurnLink allows you to manage promotion schedules for both your direct products as well as the variety of promotions available via any other third party distribution channels. The TurnLink order form has intelligent logic that directs sales reps to all promotions that are available for any SKU, be it a line drive promotion, a date specific deal, one that is specific to a certain distribution channel, or even one that is specific to one chain, or one region of a chain.
Promotion reports and promotion schedules can easily be generated on your entire database, or filtered to show promotion totals for a time period, the rep who entered deals, or a specific territory or chains promotion schedule.

From within the TurnLink Sales Manager you can access a myriad of reports such as daily activity, sales over a time period / entered by a specific rep / based on a certain promotion or even based on a regional chain. Want to see new order vs reorders for a rep in Q1 of this year? - No problem. As long as data is entered into TurnLink you can generate meaningful reports to help manage staff and grow sales.
