Ben Ellis carries 18 years of experience in the Natural Products Industry and works daily with manufacturers and sales teams. He is a key account manager for a major natural products broker and has been on the payrolls of the top natural products retailer and distributor in the US.

Ben is best positioned to act as a consultant. He is available to share his knowledge of the industry and how it can be navigated. He can assist with questions concerning sales strategy, broker selection and management, distributor selection and relations, promotion strategies and various other elements involved in growing your brand (including maximizing efficiencies using TurnLink!). Ultimately, he has discovered that there are many companies that have decisions to make and pressing issues that he can confidently address and offer solutions to.

Technology Implementation

Ben Converse of BConverse Consulting has worked with TurnTree clients to help assemble and implement the perfect technology solution(s). Not all of us are technically savvy or have the time to install and configure all the components of a successfully integrated office computer system. BConverse Consulting is available to help integrate the technologies you need into your office, warehouse or remote workplace.

Ben has worked with other TurnTree Solutions customers helping setup integration between QuickBooks, FedEx and other shipping software, shared Google documents and the TurnLink Sales Manager. Ben can ensure your data is secure, backed up, and easily accessible from anywhere. Even if you need basic advice unrelated to TurnLink Ben will be glad to help.

Data Cleansing

All of TurnTree Solutions applications come with Do-It-Yourself tools to setup and add large lists of companies and products, as well as a TurnTree Support member to help the process via email at no additional cost. However, we know that often times even your best intentions and desires to align and scrub your data for entry into our robust system on your own, can get put aside by more pressing issues in your day-to-day reality.
